I find value in client-led, compassion-oriented, mindfulness-based, and expressive approaches to augment the therapeutic process & benefit the exploration, development, acceptance, and healing of the authentic self.
Additionally, I specialize in narcissistic abuse recovery, acute and complex trauma, grief/loss, self esteem, as well as anxiety & depression. I continue to work with individual adults, adolescence, and children (5+).
