Struggling can feel incommunicable. At times it may seem as if we are lost or uncertain with problems that are too big. Other times we may feel discouraged, like we just don't know what to do. I walk with clients through this uncertainty to assist them in their unique processes of finding clarity, empowerment, and fulfillment in their daily lives. I am honored to share this space and genuinely believe in the individual's ability to overcome hardship and live with purpose.
I integrate various compassion-oriented, mindfulness-based, and expressive approaches to augment the therapeutic process. Additionally, I have had a treatment focus on narcissistic abuse recovery, acute and complex trauma, grief/loss, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I continue to work with individual adults, adolescents, children, and families.
