Grounded in traditional evidence based therapy modalities, I also enjoy helping clients to navigate complementary and alternative medicine as well as spiritual psychology, allowing us to explore additional creative and holistic methods to achieving overall wellness. My approach is to “meet clients where they are” with an initial goal of stabilization and helping the client to feel safety within themselves.
I develop an individualized plan of care with each client based on what you feel needs to change, as well as your interests and preferences. Traditional psychology methods will be utilized as needed, including Psychoanalysis and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
In addition, I am open to exploring topics such as breathwork, nature, sound and energy healing, healing through diets and herbal medicine, exercise etc. and making outside referrals for you to explore these modalities more in-depth. I look forward to meeting you to begin a journey of growth in mind, body and spirit.
