Hi, I'm Nicole, and I work with people who want to come home to themselves. Many of the people I work with are healing from relational and systemic trauma and learning to inhabit their bodies and identities more fully. In this work, we slow down enough to understand how your parts learned to protect you and create space for choices that feel truer in your body. I have a particular love for working with queer and neurodivergent folks, creatives, and with those moving through perinatal seasons of life, fertility, loss, and becoming. I show up not as an expert above you, but as an attuned collaborator walking beside you.
Through a trauma-informed and relational lens, we explore parts that feel stuck or protective, trace patterns back to their origins and work with the body, dreams, and altered states as doorways into deeper understanding. I draw from approaches like IFS/parts work, somatics, depth psychology, harm reduction, sex therapy, and ketamine-assisted therapy.
At its core, this work is about restoring connection to yourself, to others, and to the world around you. It makes sense to feel intensely in a world that is unraveling and reforming at the same time. Healing is not about fixing you. It is about helping you reconnect with your inner knowing and the medicine you already carry.
