I work with clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, single motherhood, peri/menopause, communication skills, life transitions and more. I utilize EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy(ART), ACT, CBT, & holistic practices, such as mindfulness and somatic exercises, which are rooted in my background of over 20 years in the wellness industry.
