I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, processing past trauma, and developing coping skills to build an empowered life. I work with clients navigating trauma/PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, single motherhood, communication skills and life transitions. I will be offering ND-Affirming DBT groups this winter.
