I specialize in working with couples wanting to deepen their connection and communication, clients seeking EMDR for trauma processing or healing from unhealthy family dynamics, infertility/ivf /maternal mental health, grief and general life transitions.
My approach is grounded in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and I am certified in EMDR. I am also trained and use EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) to support my individual clients and the couples I see in building stronger emotional connections and healing. I have been in practice for 15 years and am passionate about this work.
Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling disconnected, misunderstood or repeating painful patterns in their relationships. Sometimes these patterns are stopping them from being in the kind of relationship they yearn for.
