I want to support you in gaining the self-awareness to understand yourself, your goals, identifying obstacles hindering your progress, and feeling empowered to make necessary changes for a healthier and happier life.
I am passionate about and specialize in working with couples and challenges around relationships. I also specialize in issues around infertility, life transitions and trauma. I am attachment based and trauma focused and I use EMDR often in my work with clients. I also use elements of the Gottman Method and EFT in my couple's work.
I graduated in 2008 with my Master's in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am licensed in California, Nevada and Ohio. I have worked in community mental health, with the Department of Mental Health, school based settings and private practice for the last 15 years. I am also a Certified Reiki practitioner.
