I have had extensive training in various evidence-based modalities including but not limited to, DBT, CBT, ACT, and MCBT to support you or your loved one in reaching your goals. Whether this is you or your loved one's first time in therapy or you’ve been in therapy before, I'm here to guide you at your own pace and help you achieve your goals.
