Hello, I'm Nicole. Though we may not always wish it to be so, we are human before we are anything else. We are human before we are therapists, employees, parents, sons or daughters; and with that being said, we experience challenges and faults. As your individual therapist, I look forward to connecting with you, human to human. This way, you can feel better supported and understood.
In 2010, I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Social Work. From there, I joined the North Florida Health Corps where I worked with families and children who experienced domestic violence.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. My specialties include working with individuals facing addiction, anger management, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, family relationships, gender identity.
Together, We will work on developing strategies that can help you navigate life's challenges and achieve your personal goals. I am here to support you every step of the way.
If you're ready to take the next step towards healing and growth, I would be honored to work with you. Let's connect and start this journey together.
