I practice holistic, person-centered therapy, helping clients gain a deeper understanding and awareness of their emotions so that clients can work with those emotions rather than suppressing them. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment in which clients can express themselves freely without fear or negativity.
As a former academic advisor for DePaul University, my specialty is working with teens and young adults and their families to improve their relationships, and to aide in major life transitions.
