Each person possesses the innate ability to learn, grow, and make meaningful changes in their personal lives, relationships, and circumstances. In my practice, I strive to help individuals explore and understand the thought patterns and behaviors that may be influencing their lives, often in ways they aren't fully aware of. Many times, these unconscious patterns can lead to repetitive behaviors, creating dissatisfaction and emotional challenges. I believe that every individual has the potential to grow from both their positive and negative experiences, and it is my goal to support clients in discovering their own paths.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space, leaning toward a client-centered, goal-focused style that allows us to work together collaboratively.
I approach therapy as a collaborative relationship between therapist and client, utilizing a variety of modalities to best suit the client's needs and style to help clarify limiting perspectives, develop meaningful goals, and explore new ways to cope with barriers. I offer HIPAA compliant teletherapy. There is no in-person therapy available at this time.
