With over 10 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, I’ve supported individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, which means I prioritize creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. My role is to walk alongside you, while you guide us in the direction you want to go.
I believe each person’s path to healing is unique and therapy should reflect your individual needs & goals. As the client, you play an active role in therapy. My role is to partner with you, providing support while you figure out your path. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, i will empower you to develop your own solutions and strategies.
I offer in-person and virtual sessions during the weekdays. I offer afternoon and evening hours. I am located on the west side of town.
