Welcome, I'm Nicole. Thanks for being here. I know finding the right match plays a powerful role in the therapy experience. Life can be overwhelming, challenging, happy, sad, and sometimes annoying, but I'll guide you in working through past, future or current life stressors to get you on the road to the best version of you. I've had the privilege of working with a variety of individuals from children to geriatrics. I started my experience working inpatient with those experiencing acute crisis and have worked in private practice. I have advanced training in DBT and obtained certification as a trauma professional. I enjoy my work with adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
I have had my share of struggles and imperfections in life. I offer a safe, empathetic and non-judgmental space to process any and everything. I won't give you advice or ask "How does that make you feel?" but, I will challenge you to engage in thoughtful reflection and offer support to assist in gaining critical insight.
