My name is Nicole Rook, and I am a trained EMDR clinician through EMDRIA. As someone who has faced my own mental health challenges, I understand the pain of feeling stuck and unheard. My mission is to create a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as we work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with compassion and understanding. Therapy is not only about addressing the "bad" in our lives, but includes exploring our strengths and building resilience.
