We all go through struggles that may get us “stuck.” My approach is to support you in becoming “unstuck” ” I tend to use the cognitive solution focused model. I’ve worked with patients struggling with depression, addiction, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, anger, relationships, phobias and parenting; just to name a few. It’s my objective to support you in reaching your goals at your own pace, although it may seem like I’m pushing you sometimes. I will support you in times you need to vent, but also shift you back to focus and teach you new ways to cope. I’m here to facilitate personal growth when you are feeling like it might not be reachable.
My goal is to allow you to feel safe, supported and challenged, yet empowered. I will listen, guide and support you to be the best version of yourself you can be! You don’t have to do it alone and it’s okay to reach out for support. Asking for help is a strength and I’m here for you! I check my messages daily- 7 days a week for virtual sessions.
