I currently work with teens, adults of all ages, and couples. However, I have a special heart for adolescents and young adults. This passion grew from my early work with teens in foster care. I specialize in the areas of relationship problems, mood disorders, personality disorders, transitional problems, spirituality, anger, identity, and trauma.
I take a psycho-educational approach, blending a wide range of evidence based treatment approaches with a focus on holistic health: healing of the spirit, mind, and body. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). I am also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
