About
I received Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University, with an emphasis on marriage and family therapy. I work with adults and families and have experience working in a psychiatric setting alongside of medical and psychiatric doctors. I have completed evidence based training in Motivational Interviewing as well as DBT for substance abuse. You are what you think, your mind will return to you exactly what you think. What is it that you want? Substance abuse & Anger management assessments.
I believe many hold on to history at the expense of your destiny, and encourage clients to let go of their past hurt and embrace the journey to their destiny. I strive to work with you to give you the best possible help and be a part of your growth and development.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, teaching, coaching, exposure & breathing exercises helping clients cope with & overcome fears, taking back thier lives from anxiety. I work with couples to communicate thru use of modeling & partner listening. Angry? Let's work together, reveal the message behind your anger & employ healthy ways to express emotion without losing control.
