It's uncommon these days to discuss mental health, nutrition and health with a trained professional. Sadly, the common approach to health and wellness is to medicate our ailments, not to create and sustain wellness. As a LMSW, a Certified Integrative Health Coach, and soon to be 200hr RYT, I can support you to achieve of ALL of your health goals.
I incorporate counseling, holistic nutrition, yoga and pranayama into a short-term, solution-focused work, specifically tailored for you. Each session will include asana and/or pranayama and/or meditation as tools for the process. I have also studied herbal medicine and hormone health and believe in addressing all aspects of total wellness, naturally.
I can meet you exactly where you are to begin this work. I work remotely via Skype and phone, eliminating geographic barriers, and in person in the Greater New Orleans area. I offer a sliding scale fee structure for general counseling (as needed), integrative health coaching packages, and a free initial phone consultation.
