I am a LMSW, 200hr RYT, certified in Integrative Health Coaching, Nature Informed Therapy, and with two years of study in herbal medicine.
I can meet you exactly where you are to begin this work. I work remotely, eliminating geographic barriers, and in person in the Greater New Orleans area (offering walking and nature based settings). I offer a sliding scale fee structure and a free initial phone consultation.
