Welcome, I'm so glad you're here! Every individual deserves to be heard and valued. As the client, you will be put first. I will help guide you through better understanding yourself and how to have a meaningful, fulfilling life. I view myself as a gentle, empowering and solution focused therapist. Using evidence-based tools, I help support those looking to improve anxiety/OCD, depression, ADHD, effective communication, stress management, and life transitions.
Prior to becoming a mental health counselor, I worked as a school psychologist for 5+ years. I have worked with many adolescents and emerging adults to develop an understanding of themselves and how they fit into their world. I have expertise in IEPs & special education services, 504 accommodations, and psychoeducational assessment.
When not working, you can often find me watching true crime documentaries, cross stitching, and spending time with my dog.
