The decision to seek counseling is often difficult and comes after much thought and consideration. It has been my experience that the relationship formed between the client and counselor plays a vital role in the effectiveness and outcome of the therapeutic experience. Therefore my goal is to create a caring and trusting relationship with my client so they feel safe, comfortable and supported.

I have experience providing counseling services to individuals struggling with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, marital conflict, divorce, emotion regulation, grief and loss, and low self-esteem.

I am passionate about my work and enjoy helping people of all ages. I strive to assist clients with exploring alternate ways to address their issues and with obtaining the skills needed to gain management of their struggles so that they can lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
