Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m here to support you through life’s difficult moments, grief, major transitions, past trauma, PTSD, burnout, and everything in between. You don’t have to go through it alone. Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, sadness, anger or stress, and together, we work toward finding confidence, clarity, and resilience. In sessions, we'll talk about the present, explore your past, address challenges, and build tools for the future. Sometimes, traditional talk therapy is not enough. That's why I offer EMDR, an approach that helps you heal from distressing memories and trauma.
