She also specializes in working with couples and that includes, relationship issues, premarital, marital, divorce, coping skills, family conflict, grief, and parenting issues. Nicole has over a decade of experience and enjoys working with adults and couples.
Nicole is trained in a variety of modalities, including Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) – Level II, which effectively treats the most challenging couples. She also uses CBT, Person Centered Therapy, and Psychodrama. Nicole is trained in psychodrama which are action methods to enrich experiences and insights beyond traditional therapy.
Nicole believes the foundation of the counseling relationship is trust, authenticity, compassion, and collaborative.
