I offer support for all forms of trauma. I provide a safe space for individuals, couples and groups to transform old trauma. Through this healing process, the client experiences a sense of choice that may have not been available before. This begins to enhance their relationship with themselves and others. There is opportunity for connection with one's own body wisdom and a sense of inner freedom. This cultivates feelings of empowerment, an ability to trust oneself and to align with what feels true. Client's begin to experience themselves as more present, compassionate toward themselves and others while living an embodied life.

I specialize in body-centered, mindfulness-based, transpersonal psychotherapy. I offer EMDR, parts work, mindfulness-based techniques, and a body-centered approach. I bring a synthesis of these modalities to my work as a therapist.

I am deeply committed to the healing and transformation of my clients. I have been in the healing arts for more than 3 decades. It is an honor to be able to hold healing space for clients to self-companion instead of self-abandon. This cultivates living a more embodied and empowered life.

Heal your self-esteem and self-confidence through learning how to confide in yourself. Cultivate the seeds of self-trust and maitri (self-love). Through your practice of embodiment you will learn how to self-companion instead of self-abandon. As you move forward in life , you will have increased awareness of your direct connection to your ongoing friendship with your home; your body. We meet in person every Monday from 6:00-8:00pm MST for 15 weeks. This group begins January 26th-May 4th 2026. Contact Nicole to set up an interview.

Ongoing Embodiment Group for Women (Online)

In this group we support one another through the gifts and challenges of living an embodied life. We deepen and expand our understanding of ourselves and one another through this unfolding relationship with our bodies. In this support group, individuals cultivate self-compassion, self-confidence, self-esteem, self-trust, personal empowerment, enhanced intuition and a deeper self-companionship and connection with one another. This is an open ongoing monthly group that meets the 4th Wednesday from 6:00pm-8:00pm and the cost is 90 per session. It is for the women that have completed the 15-week embodiment group.
