Welcome! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with 10+ years experience in the field. I am committed to creating a safe place for clients to explore themselves, their circumstances, and their experiences. My approach is solution focused, trauma informed, and client centered. I enjoy creating a relaxed, safe, and authentic therapeutic environment. I have extensive experience with individuals working in emergency services. I am also trained in A-TIP (acute traumatic incident processing). I have a passion for working with Autism and ADHD - especially those affected by late diagnosis. Other interests include: depression, anxiety, chronic health issues, disordered eating, grief/loss, and LGBTQIA issues.
