About
My passion is creating a judgment-free zone which allows clients to better understand themselves, set and achieve goals, and work toward living as authentically as possible. I strive to empower others in discovering solutions to their unique life situations by further developing personal strengths while also addressing maladaptive patterns, and navigating challenges effectively. I approach each session with an open mind; receptive to my client's needs and pace.
I have experience working with a broad spectrum of clients in a variety of treatment settings with specialized training in attachment issues, trauma, addictions, codependency, domestic violence, perinatal mood disorders, crisis stabilization, and chronic mental health issues.
Finding the right therapist for you is just as important as the therapy itself. Feel free to reach out with any questions you might have. I look forward to talking with you!
