I like to work with a variety of people and approaches. I have experience in CBT, TFCBT, motivational interviewing, ACT, and many more therapy approaches. I like to use the strengths and empowerment approaches with my clients.I like to set a slow tone and calm environment in my sessions. I like to have a space where things do not feel rushed, and we can work together to achieve goals.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I have been doing mental health therapy for over five years and enjoy working with people daily. I have experienced many different issues including, addiction, grief, depression, anxiety, parenting , and more.
I would love to schedule a time to meet and begin the process together. Please reach out with any questions or concerns. I know that starting a new therapy journey can be overwhelming, but we can work through that together to reach your goals.
