Sessions can range from coping skills to help manage symptoms to exploring shadow self, inner child recovery, and existential work. Whichever direction you'd like to take your therapy, I'd love to join you in achieving your goals.

With over a decade of experience, I can offer a variety of modalities and skills, including DBT, EMDR, somatic therapy, existential therapy, IFS, attachment theory, relationship building, CBT, communication skills, trauma informed therapy, and more!
