My goal is to make that step feel as comfortable as possible by creating a warm, welcoming space where you can be your authentic self (messy, uncertain, and all). I’m passionate about helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges, whether that’s managing stress, anxiety, or depression, untangling relationship struggles, or figuring out who you are and where you want to go next. As a mom and recovering people pleaser, I understand how hard it can be to balance caring for others while caring for yourself.
In therapy, we’ll work together to build insight, confidence, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded and fulfilled. I meet people where they are, bringing empathy, humor, and a touch of creativity to the process. My approach is collaborative, integrative and adaptable; each person is unique, so your therapy should be too!
