Making change takes courage and strength. I am here to help navigate and continue to guide you through the process of change. Do you struggle with binge eating or restrictive behaviors? How about struggling with liking yourself, inside or out? Have you recently had a big change in your life, school? work? separation or divorce? A normal part of life is the anxiety that comes with change and battling the endless stream of thoughts can be difficult. I am here to help you identify your goals and used solution focused therapeutic approaches to help you reach those goals.
I have worked in all areas of therapeutic treatment from outpatient services to inpatient. I use compassion matched with humor to create a relationship with my clients to promote change. I work with client's struggling with Anorexia, Binge Eating, Bulimia, ARFID, and OSFED and client's struggling with Anxiety, Women with ADHD, and life changes/transitions.
My client and I build a relationship based on respect, trust, and honesty. I am not afraid to tell you what you need to hear, while also valuing and respecting where you are at and understand why you are there. We will work on fostering our relationship in order to get you to the places that you would like to be.
