DBT Skills Class
DBT Skills classes meet online for each week virtually. This means you can live anywhere in the state of Illinois attend our classes, no traffic or parking hassles to worry about. Attending skills groups every week and practicing the skills between classes is the only to get the changes you want. We aim to make our classes engaging, fun and most importantly, useful for you. This 12-week class is co-facilitated with Hexin Bi, LPC, DBT-C. . This group is virtually held every Thursday from 6:00-7:15 pm. Insurance accepted!

Trauma Recovery Group-Starts 1/19/26
Trauma is deeply personal, and its impact can linger long after the event itself. This group welcomes anyone who has experienced a single traumatic event or repeated trauma and continues to feel its emotional, physical, or relational effects. Together, we create a supportive, grounded space to process memories, explore coping patterns, and understand how trauma shows up in daily life. Through shared reflection, gentle skill-building, and community connection, members can begin to reduce isolation, restore a sense of safety, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for them.
