Many of the clients I work with struggle with medical trauma, autoimmune illness, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, burnout, caregiver stress, anxiety, or grief from a variety of losses. Chronic illness and pain often affect relationships, self-esteem, emotional well-being, and daily functioning in ways others may not fully understand.
