My ideal client may be experiencing grief and loss, chronic illness, or the effects of aging. They could be coping with diseases including dementia or other types of illness such as cancer and trying to find ways to adjust to their illness as well as find ways to cope with life changes. A client may also be someone who is caring for a loved one who is experiencing changes and seeking self-care to help themselves continue to be the best caregiver. Other clients may experience things such as anxiety, depression or other mental health concerns where they are coping with and trying to reduce or eliminate their problematic symptoms.
