I am an LMHC, who also holds a BFA, Certificate in Drug and Alcohol Counseling, and a Certificate in ART. I integrate inner child work and part-informed approaches to help clients understand and heal younger emotional wounds. My work often explores different parts of ourselves-including protective patterns, to foster self-compassion and healing. I am currently expanding my training in IFS, to help clients better understand internal conflicts. My approach is empathetic , solution focused and person-centered, as I believe my clients truly know what's best for them. Please only female clients inquire.
I have an overwhelming appreciation for animals, creativity, and spirituality, as they each improve our mental health. Self care is essential for healthy living, so I incorporate physical, mental and spiritual interventions into my daily practice. I enjoy drawing, practicing yoga, surfing the beach, and hiking.
I am a motivated, creative, and genuine therapist, who has been personally touched by mental health/substance use issues within my own family system. My purpose is to provide a safe space for others to process healing. I also offer a Virtual Parenting Skills Group, as well as Art Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy for those suffering from trauma.

Parenting Skills Group
Are you struggling with your child's behavior? Feeling lost and defeated? Take your power back as parents and learn effective parenting styles, communication skills, and ways to improve your family system. Gain support from other parents on this 6 week VIRTUAL group, held twice weekly: Wednesdays 12:00-1:00pm and Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm. You will leave feeling empowered with knowledge, and a toolbox of worksheets and parenting resources to guide you after the group ends. And if you desire one on one help, I offer individual sessions as well.
