At an early age, I knew I wanted to help individuals work through difficult emotions and stressful situations. I've learned through the years, by changing our inner self-talk & learning coping skills to better deal with life stressors & past traumas, we can begin to live a happy, freeing, peaceful life. I am here for you; I provide a safe space with a trusting, non-judgmental, empathetic rapport that will help you feel comfortable in being vulnerable. I empower my clients & help them aspire to live their best lives by focusing on their strengths & providing coping skills to improve their quality of life!
I incorporate a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MCBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness meditation, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), & Solution-Focused Therapy into psychotherapy sessions. I teach these coping skills and apply it to the individual's real life experiences.
I focus on the client's overall well-being & strengths & together as a team we work to improve your quality of life by healing presenting symptoms & coping with daily life stressors. My goal is for my clients to leave session feeling hopeful. I provide my clients with a safe, therapeutic, non-judgmental space where self-growth & self-awareness can bloom!
