My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive, curious, and collaborative environment where we can explore whatever's on your mind. My clinical interests involve identity exploration, anxiety, existential / spiritual exploration, phobias, life transitions, career, using art in therapy, and social / relationship concerns. I am also a strong advocate and supporter of the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities and strive to create a safe, supportive, and culturally humble environment for my clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, creating art, anything nerdy, video games, animals, and exploring new foods.
