I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation and self-harm. I use strengths-based and client centered approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to foster growth and healing.
I am passionate about helping youth, young adults, and families navigate mental health challenges and unwanted changes in their world. With my Master's in Social Work from the University of New England and years of experience I have a great understanding about the challenges youth, young adults and families are experiencing.
