As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I am passionate about helping others and providing the support necessary to improve the quality of life of my clients. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgemental environment and strive to develop strong therapeutic relationships with each of my clients. I believe that every individual is unique and that each person's experiences shape their perspectives and realities.
I am trained in CBT, DBT, Trauma-informed CBT, Gottman Couples Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. However, I do not believe there is a one size fits all approach to counseling. Therefore, I also incorporate elements and techniques from mindfulness, narrative therapy, strengths-based therapy, and positive psychology.
Together, we will create a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs and that will facilitate the positive change, growth, and healing that are essential for living life to its fullest. I have experience working with adults, teens, and children as young as five years old. My areas of practice include a wide variety of mental health issues.
