I specialize in working with women navigating mid-life and the variety of challenges and possibilities that come along with this phase of life. My goal is to provide a space for you to unpack these challenges, create strategies to address them, and feel a sense of empowerment through the process.
My style is warm, collaborative and interactive. In a non-judgmental and compassionate environment, we will collaborate to ensure that our work together is meaningful and suited to your needs.
