I have helped my clients with life/college transitions, anxiety, self-harm, depression, grief/loss, behavioral issues, school-attendance, ADHD, family dysfunction and parent/child conflict. I specialize in working with clients who have severe anxiety, depression, or trauma, using evidence-based interventions to target and reduce symptoms. I utilize a person-centered, holistic approach with an emphasis on empowerment, collaboration, advocacy, and validation. I also help clients navigate, at times, a complicated system and have helped families return to a baseline level of functioning, providing a variety of psychoeducation for all.
I provide an approach that specifically targets your treatment goals, while utilizing evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, grief intervention, crisis theory, family systems, and more. I utilize tools for developing coping and resiliency, using evidence-based interventions.
