I utilize a person-centered, holistic approach with an emphasis on empowerment, collaboration, advocacy, and validation. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence based modalities, I will work alongside you to help identify and achieve your specific treatment goals. With over 10 years experience, I have helped my clients overcome life/college transitions, anxiety, self-harm, depression, grief/loss, behavioral issues, family dysfunction and parent/child conflict. I provide an approach that specifically targets your treatment goals, while utilizing evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, grief intervention, crisis theory, family systems, and more.
