Hi! I’m Nic. If you need support navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, people pleasing, or relationship issues like trouble with communication, intimacy or infidelity, I am here to help. I integrate post-modern approaches, somatic techniques, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) within a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive framework. My practice is sex and kink positive, affirming of poly/CNM relationships, neurodiversity, and Health at Every Size (HAES). I’m trained in EMDR from EMDRIA, and member of AASECT and WPATH.
