Are you tired of feeling unseen and unheard by others in your life? Have you been seeking joy and freedom, but find yourself stuck in similar patterns of overwhelm, feeling small, sadness or fear? It is never too late to have the life you've always wanted. Your mind, body and heart know what to do and how to heal. You are instinctively capable and driven towards healing. Giving way to the process of change and growth takes a deep commitment to yourself and I am firmly rooted in supporting you through this process.

I specialize in working with adolescents and women of all walks of life. Together we will explore the workings of your unique internal landscape to creating lasting change through the use of somatic, mindfulness, creativity, and most importantly, curiosity. I invite you to step into new terrain with me.

Taking this first step is an important and difficult decision and I commend you in being this far on your journey. I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to see if the therapeutic relationship is mutual. If you feel we are a good match, I encourage you to contact me and see where it goes from there. I look forward to supporting you.
