For so many of us who have been harmed in relationships, it can be hard to feel connected to yourself and those around you. But healing happens in the relationship, too; therapy with me is a collaborative process where you have agency and input in identifying your goals and how sessions go along the way.
Bringing 17 years of human services experience to my practice and specializing in Family Systems, I work with children, teens, families, and adults blending trauma-informed, somatic, attachment, and relational-based therapies including TF-CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Gestalt Therapy, Play-based Therapies, and Experiential Therapy.
