I have experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, self-esteem, family conflict, and life transitions. I use modalities such CBT, mindfulness, and trauma modalities to help clients gain insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change. I have a special interest in treating perinatal mental health treatment and other women's issues
