I am a psychodynamic therapist with fourteen years of experience specializing in attachment, trauma, and nervous system regulation. I work with career-driven women in their twenties through midlife, neurodiverse couples, and high-achieving professionals whose lives look full from the outside and feel complicated on the inside. My work begins with the understanding that the patterns disrupting your life now have roots in your earliest relationships. The anxiety that won't quiet, the relational dynamics that keep repeating, the sense of performing your way each day: these are not flaws. They are adaptations, and they can be changed.
What distinguishes my approach is that I bring the body into psychodynamic depth work. I am fully certified in EMDR and integrate somatic interventions alongside psychodynamic psychotherapy because I believe that lasting change requires more than insight. It requires the nervous system to experience safety, not just understand it intellectually.
I am also a certified yoga teacher, a competitive tango dancer, and a boxer. These practices shaped my clinical philosophy: that the body heals what the mind alone cannot reach. I founded The Center Method to hold all of this: psychodynamic rigor, somatic wisdom, and the humanity of showing up as a real person in the room with another real person.
