Taking new patients- Licensed in Nevada & Arizona - I have always felt that life was like the ocean waves, a constant of ups and downs, but a lot of beauty. While the ocean is beautiful, such as our lives, there are times when things are not perfect and we need a little help. I am here to encourage you, motivate you, and help you through your most difficult times.
I tailor my therapies to the individual and what can help them the most. Some of the treatments modalities I use are: Solution Focused, Person Centered and CBT. I am also EMDR trained and have seen wonderful results using EMDR.
Life can give us some very difficult moments, but that is what they are, moments. I can help you move from one moment to the next. I want my clients to feel safe and comfortable without the worry of being judged.
