Hello, and Welcome! I’m Nicole Moore, a licensed mental health and substance use therapist with more than 10 years of experience in behavioral health, I have worked with individuals across residential, outpatient, medication-assisted treatment, community-based, and private practice settings. I created TYMEOUT counseling & consulting services, LLC because I believe people deserve a space where they can pause… breathe… heal… and rebuild without judgment.
Whether you’re a teenager struggling with anxiety, a college student finding your identity, a parent carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs, or an older adult navigating life transitions, you deserve a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. My approach is genuine, supportive, and collaborative.
I believe healing looks different for everyone, and I’ve created an environment where clients feel safe, heard, empowered, and respected. I balance accountability with grace while helping clients develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional awareness, strengthen self-esteem, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
