Intersectionality has been paramount on my own personal healing journey and I have had the opportunity to work with clients who benefit from the same lens. I draw from an integration of approaches to include the internal family systems model, emotionally focused therapy, and psychoanalytic theory in order to work with and honor a wide range of identities and experiences.

Through the use of an intersectional and multicultural approach I hope to facilitate a space for you to explore and better understand the impact of identity and past personal experiences in order to move towards a healthier and more fulfilling future.

Queer Psychotherapy Group
Fridays 6:30 - 8 EST (Ongoing) This group is for clients who identify within the LGBTQ community with basic emotional regulation skills. We discuss interpersonal and emergent concerns regarding a range of topics. We ask that interested members for the Queer group be based in NY state and commit to 3 months (or 12 weeks) of participation in order to join the group.
