I draw from an integration of approaches to include the internal family systems model, emotionally focused therapy, and psychoanalytic theory in order to work with and honor a wide range of identities and experiences.
Mindfulness is often incorporated in my work to help facilitate the important connection between the mind and body in order to help foster a better understanding of self. Working with me will be a collaborative and compassionate experience.
