Motherhood can be one of the most joyous times in our lives. It can also be a time of never ending demands, chaotic schedules and sleepless nights. You're doing all the things to be the best Mom, partner, daughter, sister and friend that you have no bandwidth left to take care of yourself. You end each day desperately trying to take the edge off using anything that will work. Night after night you end up popping the cork to a new wine bottle or stay up late binge watching Netflix. It helped for a while, but now you're noticing that it's creating new problems and you're left wondering how you got here.

I work with and support Moms who are constantly doing everything for everyone but themselves. I provide a comfortable space with a Mom who gets it to talk honestly about what you're doing through. We work at your pace to find relief from the overwhelm, bitterness and guilt through trauma informed, evidence based interventions.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in strong therapeutic relationships. That means we’ll work together to explore what’s working, what’s not, and what the life you want could feel like for you. Ready for a change?
